Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at support@tryspirelia.com. Once your return is approved, we'll send you instructions on how to proceed. Please note: returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used products
- Gift cards
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. The same conditions apply: items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@tryspirelia.com.
